Open your Heart
I wish I could offer up thoughts. But, thoughts, especially my thoughts, don't necessarily always make sense. I wish I could just open up my heart and show it to the world. It would make things so much easier. Then we wouldn't have to play this stupid game. Our interactions with one another just seem to be a game. I hate playing this game. Be true to yourself. Don't deny the good in the world. Don't deny happiness. Don't be smug. Don't be afraid to talk open and honestly. Be yourself, raw and true... I just want to be happy... If only any of this made sense...

Positively Positive Patience
Sometimes it's tough to stay positive. Sometimes it seems as if nothing is ever going to happen. Things will never get resolved. The future will never arrive. It seems as though we'll always be waiting.
Patience is so difficult to have, especially when we only look at the negative. When we look at the negative it seems like time takes forever to pass. When we look at the negative we bring about even more negativity. We create our own worst fears. Some people get lost in this downward spiral. Patience is hard, and even more so because real patience requires a positive attitude and an openness to life. Without a positive attitude and an openness, "patience" turns into contempt. We begin to despise everything until somehow something or someone cracks through the negative force field that we've put up. Let us let down our force fields. Look at so much that is great around us and embrace it. Make your own positivity by giving love. In giving love you receive it... sometimes we don't realize it, but that's because we don't actually take a good look at it. We allow ourselves to see it. Be patient and open to the good of this world. Give love, even if it's only a smile... People underestimate the power of a smile. A smile is so powerful. In my mind, it's one of the most amazing things in the world and it can truly make a difference... Make a difference and have faith.
